I am aware that registration will be complete only upon receipt of the registration fee and first installment according to the approved payment plan.	أنا على علم أن تسجيل ابني/ ابنتي يعتبر مكتملا فقط في حال دفع رسوم التسجيل بالإضافة إلى القسط الأول وفقاً لخطة الدفع المتفق عليها للعام الدراسي .
I agree to pay all the school fees in full and in accordance with the approved payment plan.	أتعهد بتسديد جميع الرسوم المدرسية كاملة وفقاً لخطة الدفع المعتمدة.
I am aware that in the case of non-compliance with the approved payment plan, the school is granted the right to take all necessary measures to recover the fees that are due – including legal action. Any costs, including but not limited to, legal costs incurred by the school to recover the fees due from me as a result of non-compliance with the approved payment plan, will be payable by me.	أنا على علم أنه في حال عدم الالتزام بخطة السداد المتفق عليها، فإنه يحق للمدرسة اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لاسترداد الرسوم المستحقة بما في ذلك الإجراءات القانونية. و أي تكاليف، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التكاليف القانونية التي تتكبدها المدرسة لاسترداد الرسوم المستحقة مني كنتيجة لعدم الامتثال لخطة الدفع المحددة، سوف أقوم بدفعها.
I am also aware that I have to pay a 20 Riyals late payment fee for every month of delay after the payment deadline or in the event of a bounced cheque.	كما أنني على علم بأنه يتوجب علي دفع مبلغ 20 ريال كرسوم شهرية على المبلغ المستحق عند أي تأخير عن الموعد المتفق عليه أو في حالة ارتجاع الشيك لأي سبب كان.
I certify that I will respect and follow the rules and regulations as well as the codes of conduct relating to my child both on and off the school premises.	أوافق على التعاون مع المدرسة في مراعاة القوانين واللوائح التنظيمية و قواعد السلوك المتعلقة بابني/ابنتي داخل المدرسة وخارجها.
I am aware that the school is liable towards the safety of my child during school hours, within the school campus, and on school buses.	أنا على علم بأن مسؤولية سلامة ابني/ ابنتي تقع على عاتق المدرسة خلال اليوم الدراسي، و أثناء تواجده/ها داخل فناء المدرسة ، و حتى داخل حافلات النقل المدرسية.
I hereby acknowledge that my child is both mentally and physically healthy and that all medical information I provide the school with is accurate and truthful. I understand that providing wrong or incomplete information will affect my child's enrolment at the school and would forfeit my right to any applicable refunds.	أنا هنا أؤكد أن ابني/ابنتي سليم صحياً وجسدياً وأي معلومات طبية أزود المدرسة بها هي صحيحة إلى حد علمي. وأتعهد أن عدم توفير معلومات كاملة يمكن أن يؤثر على التحاق ابني/ابنتي في المدرسة ويفقدني حق المطالبة بأي تعويض مادي.

I agree to notify the school administration regarding any absences or lateness I am aware of in advance. Furthermore, I agree to submit a medical certificate for sick leave, or a written letter justifying the lateness or absence of my child.	سأقوم بإبلاغ المدرسة مقدماً في حال الغياب أو التأخر وأوافق على تزويدكم بإجازة مرضية، أو رسالة بخصوص غياب أو تأخر ابني/ابنتي.
I agree to inform the school in writing at least one month in advance if I wish to transfer my child to another school or country. Moreover, I am aware that the school will undertake transfer procedures for my child only after all fees due are paid in full.	في حال رغبتي في نقل ابني/ابنتي إلى خارج السلطنة أو إلى مدرسة أخرى، فإنني أوافق على إخطار المدرسة بذلك كتابياً قبل شهر على الأقل . أقر وأوافق على أن المدرسة ستقوم بإجراءات نقل ابني/ابنتي فقط في حال تم تسديد كامل الرسوم المدرسية.
I acknowledge that my child(ren) is required to wear school uniform when attending school or when participating in a school-organized event outside normal school hours.	أقر بأن ابني/ابنتي مطالبون بارتداء الزي المدرسي عند الذهاب إلى المدرسة أو عند المشاركة في نشاط تنظمه المدرسة بعد الدوام الرسمي.
I am aware that the main channel of communication is the iCampus school portal and that I have the responsibility to check the platform on a daily basis for the latest updates and announcements.	أدرك أن منصة التواصل الرئيسية هي تطبيق iCampus وأنه علي التحقق منه بشكل يومي للحصول على آخر التحديثات والمعلومات.
I commit to making ISO a bullying-free campus and realize that any student who engages in bullying or cyberbullying may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.	ألتزم بجعل ISO حرمًا مدرسيا خالٍ من التنمر وأدرك أن أي طالب يشارك في التنمر حتى لو كان عبر الإنترنت أو على منصات التواصل الإجتماعي قد يخضع لإجراءات تأديبية قد تصل إلى الفصل من المدرسة.
